I ordered 2 x 'star' trophies for my children as a reward for working so hard and performing so well in a big show that their dance school put on. They arrived within 3 days of ordering and I was seriously impressed with the quality of them for the price. The engraving is really nicely done and my kids were absolutely delighted with them - now take pride of place in their bedrooms :))

Timely delivery & excellent service when linking two separate orders
I placed an order online and subsequently wanted to add additional items. When I telephoned Trophy Store, the representative was responsive and helpful and linked the two orders on the system to avoid a second delivery charge. Reassurance was given that both orders would still be satisfied in time and in fact they were received earlier than expected. The quality of the products is reasonable for the prices charged. A useful addition would be the ability to create bespoke trophy centre discs to enable more personalisation. In all, a positive experience.

Excellent service and customer care
I ordered a trophy and some medals for a sporting event. I knew I was cutting it fine, just ordering it a week beforehand and requesting engraving. I also realised a couple of days later that I hadn't ordered enough medals. When I rang to speak to the company, the assistant was very helpful and phoned me back when he had had a chance to look at how my order was doing. My order, including the extra medals requested a few days after my original order, arrived two days before the event and the trophy in particular was amazing I would definitely recommend this company.

I enjoy ordering what I need from the comfort of my own home, knowing that I will receive what I ordered and how I wanted it. The engraving is spot on and inexpensive. However I do wish they would pro-rata their postage costs for smaller orders for example by weight or size of the item ordered as a blanket rate for all items regardless is a bit unfair if you only want to order 1 medal for example. But on the whole I would recommend Trophy Store to anyone who needs a quality trophy or medal at a great price and also at short notice.

They were very helpful, reassured me I would get my trophies in time, and were in contact immediately when certain trophies needed to be altered due to stock levels. The fastest trophies in the world
We ran into trouble ordering our trophies this year, the firm we had dealt with since 1984 just disappeared. Phone numbers did not respond, she did not answer my e mails even thought they got through and we could not trace her new address. I found Trophy Store on line, ordered the trophies at 12 noon on the Mon day and they arrived at 12.25 pm on the Wednesday complete with engraving. Everything was spot on, could not fault it. Phillip was fantastic how he dealt with my phone order and they got us out of trouble because the presentation dinner was that weekend. We shall certainly use them again very impressive service..
