I ordered a special "star" glass trophy on line and needed an engraving indicating achievements. I think the site needs a bit of "tweaking" to enable this bit to be made a clearer as it took several attempts and even then did not show the wording layout as it would actually appear on the inscription.After ordering with payment I needed to change one word, so next day I phoned up immediately and a most helpful gentleman took details and without hesitation made the alteration I required. He was most reassuring! Well , just a day later The Trophy Store courier service kicked into action and I was kept fully informed as to an hour window of delivery, with options.Item received on time, as scheduled, securely and safely packed.A great Service!

I ordered the hole in one trophy to mark a fete achieved by a friend. The trophy was of good quality and the recipient was chuffed to have his hole in one ball displayed on it!
Good Products and Service
Ordered the items on Thursday 31st October and as promised they arrived on Tuesday 5th November well packaged and in good condition. The quality of the item was as expected, my only criticism would be the cost of postage, it was such a small package that I think it could have been sent by mail at a reduced cost rather than by courier.
