I booked on line , then realised I needed express service , 30 seconds on the phone and it was sorted . The express service immediately gave me a 9 hour time slot and then reduced this to 1 hour . There was a quick and personal response to my initial email enquiry with queries. Artwork was turned round imediately and the trophies were dispatched very promptly. When the courier failed to deliver The Trophy Store couldn't have been more helpful, contacting the delivery company AND phoning me back to keep me updated. They even went the extra mile by following my delivery instructions on google earth to relay the information accurately to the courier. And an excellent product. Can't recommend them enough.
