Great Service Prevented Poor Experience
I'll start with the negatives: They made a mistake with my order that led to me being sent the wrong trophies. Now the positives: The website is simple to navigate and trophies are affordable. They replied to my email about the incorrect trophies within 5 minutes and had replacements sent out by the end of the day. The service staff couldn't be any more helpful. Trophies look excellent and extremely great service.
