Brilliant Service
Ordered 2 engraved glass trophies and made a spelling mistake *fool* on one but having emailed them it was corrected the next day. I then got proofs to approve which made me alter the request again as I wanted to alter the layout. All handled incredibly professionally and I was amazed, given the price I was paying, that I received this level of customer service. The finished articles were brilliant and the recipients were very pleased. As I was buying on behalf of a company I will have no hesitation in using again or recommending to anyone looking for similar.

Really good service
Really good service - very impressed with this company - when first trophy ordered wasn't delivered, a replacement was sent immediately. Lovely, helpful staff on phone when I contacted them. Trophy ordered was better quality than I expected for the price - now have one very 'chuffed' son. Will definitely use again if require more trophies. Thanks.
