I ordered 3 trophies and they arrived within a few days. Once they arrived I realised I'd made a mistake in the words for engraving. I contacted trophystore to see what could be done. They replied promptly and organised to get a new plate sent out. A few days later it arrived, I fitted it and all was good. I've used trophystore a number of times in the past years and are happy to do so again.

It was Wednesday afternoon and I needed 12 trophies, all engraved by 3pm Friday afternoon. I chatted with someone on Chat to see if this was possible and they were great. gave me all the instructions and then I called up to finish off adding on the fast track and before 12 delivery. Everything was processed quickly and efficiently. Order arrived in time.

I needed my order to be delivered fairly quickly (1 week).
