Ordering was easy even for me! 65th birthday gift i think my friend will love, delivered earlier than i expected at a busy time of the year. My only criticism and my fault for not checking is that the tankard i ordered didn't come in a gift box.

I was very confused by the amount of choice on the website, so I phoned and asked for help, the lady on the phone was brilliant, I explained what I needed and she then gave me codes so I could look at a selection, I placed my order over the phone and it arrived a few days later.Every thing packed well, quality of medals and ribbons were better than I expected for the price. I will be a returning customer.

Excellent Service & Great Value for money
I needed some trophies for a family break but left it late. Ordered from Trophy Store on the Saturday (online, which was very easy) & product was delivered on the following Tuesday. Admittedly I used the Courier service but that was my fault for leaving it late. The Trophies were great, well made and engraved as requested. Will use them again & would recommend. Excellent
