Not up to usual standard

Having previously purchased from Trophy Store, I had no problem going back to purchase some more trophies for an event this year. However - the two trophies turned up with the same engraving on both even though there were meant to be two different ones. I rang up immediately and was advised by a gentleman on the Friday that he would send another sticky name plate out that day so I would receive it before the next Wednesday when the event was happening. On Tuesday I still hadn't received it so rang up to find out where it was. The person I had spoken to on Friday had since left the company and another lady said she would put one in the post for me. I stressed that I needed it on Wednesday for the event that night. Regardless of this - it was sent first class rather than special delivery. It didn't turn up and when I rang up to find out what they could do I spoke to three different people at three different times all who said they would get back to me. One did and finally offered a refund on the product but by this time it was too late to receive a new plate. The products are good but the service let them down on this occasion.

Good trophy, sloppy plaque

the trophy is as advertised and good quality. However, the engraved name plaque was stuck on haphazardly and isn't centred. Looks sloppy.

Excellent quality, service and price!!!

Quick, good value and excellent customer service

I ordered a trophy from the Trophy Store for a staff event we had planned. The different varieties of trophies available online were excellent and with the help of the customer service team I was able to receive my engraved trophy within 3 days on the day of our event. I would definitely use the Trophy Store again and look forward to revisiting their site in the future.

I was constantly updated with the progress of my order, and the estimated time of delivery. estimated time was 10.56 to 11.56, arrived at 11.25 which was pretty good! goods were exactly what I wanted and well packed to avoid any damage in transit. will use this firm again when makeing similar purchases.

Fast, cheap and good quality

I recieved my order very fast as i work full time i was not in to collect the order but the delivery service gave me 4 options and enabled me to make arrangements to leave the parcle in a safe place. the quality of the trophys was very good and the engraving was all correctly spelt and had a good finish. I have brought many trophys over he years for my club and these were the best quality and value for money i have purchased. Will buy again excellent.

Trophies took too long to arrive.

I ordered the trophies a week prior to when they were due to arrive and they took the full 7 working days to reach me. When I rang the company 5 working days in to the order to enquire if they had been dispatched I was asked when I needed the trophies for. I replied that I needed them that day to which I was told "I should have told them if I wanted them that early as they would have sent them out earlier". I though this was ridiculous as surely they should send out their goods as soon as they are ready not sit around until the last minute as seems the case. Not happy with the service at all.

Simply excellent

Ordered a trophy for our football teams player of the season. Arrived fast and with no mistakes. I thought the price would mean the trophy would feel cheap but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the trophy. Excellent customer service

While I was disappointed that the trophy I had ordered was out of stock (this should have been clear on the website!) I was very impressed with the customer service that followed. Lynsey helped me to pick out a replacement trophy and was a pleasure to deal with throughout, she more than made up for the companies error. Upon choosing a replacement the package arrived swiftly, and was safely packaged. I'd recommend ensuring that the website stock is kept up-to-date to prevent this happening in future.

Outstanding service

I coach an under 13 football team and as a bonus to the lads decided I was going to award player of the month. It happened that 2 of the lads were to share it so I ordered the trophies at short notice. I had them within 5 days of purchase, engraved too. Good value, good service, well packaged

The item was reasonably priced, arrived promptly and was well packaged. I was kept up-to-date by sms of the courier's progress. The item was inscribed correctly and as pictured on the website. The carriage clock had one minor defect, the clock section had not been glued very securely and popped out when I fitted the battery. This is a minor complaint and I pushed it back in quite easily.

Amazing service !

Trophy Store helped me out of a tight spot when another company let me down. Not only was the service excellent but the delivery was spot on. I was e-mailed a link with my delivery details on it, then another on the morning of the delivery with the 1 hr time slot and then a text advising me again. I recently sponsored a ladies golf competition The ladies championship at my local club. I purchased a trophy from trophy store and recieved good advice and excellent service.
