Brilliant service, will definitely use again!

Our company wanted a trophy as we were holding a inter-practice "Bowlathon" and wanted to supply the winner with a trophy. We looked everywhere on-line, but none of the other websites had what we were looking for. We came across this website, and straight away found a bunch trophies, and to be honest struggled to pick one out of all the choices. Placing the order was so easy, and delivery was really quick. Customer service is excellent I would definitely use this website in future.

These were great Man of the Match trophies, good quality and reflect on the low cost, the only problem we had was the delivery time, they forgot to send them, when chased they apologised and they arrived 3 days later, so in all great products, but very slow delivery

Good quality and affordable

Overall i'm very pleased with the products i recieved. My only concern was i wasn't informed that the delivery date would be quite so long after i bought the trophies. Was impressed with the quality of my purchase though. Will be using again very soon.

Great service, great products and always on time

I have now used Trophy Store twice to supply trophies for high profile sailing events. As always these details are always left to the last minuite. However both times the required products have been in stock and have been turned round and delivered as promised. Unlike some products that look good quality on the internet but turn out to be very cheap low quality articles. The products from Trophy Store have been high quality and very well packaged. I will defiantly be using Trophy Store in the future

trophy store were very helpfull in helping me get what i want they were really professional in making sure i was totally happy with the proff befor i agreed to the them making the final product. once i said i was happy they made the final product and i recived by courior the next day i was kept well informed of how my order was going and when it was going to be delivered. the otem was amazing was very happy with the final product and would use them again and recomemnd them to everyone.

Nice products (needed a clean) but engraving got mixed up although got sorted quickly

We ordered 2 different trophies as employee awards with 2 different engravings but when they were received the engravings had been put on the wrong trophies. However, Trophystore sent new trophies with the correct engravings within a couple of days so we were still able to present the awards on time. The trophies' glass needed a bit of a clean. Overall the trophies were nice products.

Great products, great price and fast delivery

I was really pleased with the trophy and medals that we ordered. The trophy was very good quality, and the medals were great too. I was worried that they wouldn't be delivered in time due to the engraving on the trophy, but they were delivered with two days to spare! Would recommend highly and will be using again.

Fantastic and so simple to order :)

I ordered some trophies for our junior football team and also our soccer school to encourage them and to promote good behaviour and sportsmanship. After trawling through a few internet sites I came across the Trophy Store and never looked back. The selection was great, ,the ordering system so simple and the prices very competitive. I received our completed order within a couple of weeks and they look superb! The children are very proud when they receive the trophy and the parents have also commented on how smart they are. A simple to use site that delivers on its promise

Choosing trophies couldn't be easier with the broad range offered and the ability to have the engraving dealt with as well, makes this a must for any sporting event organiser. Late delivery

hi there, trophy is fine but you advised delivery would be 19.09. my husband stayed in all day and it was not delilvered unitl 20.09. So essentially a waste of a day off sorry but merchandise fine, service not so good.

Fantastic!

I was incredibly impressed with the service from Trophy Store. My order was well packaged and quick to arrive, after I was well informed of its delivery time by email and text. In terms of the trophies I ordered, the quality was excellent. They are heavy and hard wearing. The engraving is perfect and they certainly had the wow factor for the children in my class. great service - fab quality for bargain prizes.

I really liked my order when it arrived. The confirmation email stated that the order will be send out after 7 working days. It took nearly 3 weeks which is no problem, but the email is misleading if someone needs their order urgently. Apart from that, all was great. Thank you, My work collegues will love their prizes!

Great Website

Order was handled in a very professional manner. I could check the status of the delivery from the time it left the depot. I was emailed and sent a text that the delivery will arrive within a certain 60 minute slot. It duly did. Above all the product was better then I thought it would look like.
