Trophies are fine but engraving was 'cheap' looking.

I ordered 2 trophies for Ledbury Under 10's RFC; Prompt delivery and good quality trophies but spoilt by the cheap engraving plate and engraving. One of the plates was even a bit wonky.

Great service and products

Fantastic service, friendly helpful staff, and quick delivery

I was really pleased with the service you offer. I'd left ordering the trophies until the last minute - just two days to spare - and didn't expect it to be possible. However the woman I spoke to was happy to help and sorted my order so it arrived on time. The trophies were great and the children who received them loved them. So thank you very much. I'll definitely be using you again!

Prompt delivery but damaged goods

I recieved my football trophy quickly, however on arrival it was broken. Unfortunately, despite 2 e-mails to Trophy Store, a replacement has not been offered so I feel unable to recommend them.

No Regrets!

Having chosen my trophies online I had a few queries before submitting my order and Trophy Store were excellent and suggested several cost savings due to the amount of trophies being ordered. Once submitted the date was given for delivery, however one of the trophies didn't pass quality control so did I mind it being delayed by one day? Mind! Absolutely not - knowing my trophies were being quality controlled and wouldn't be sent until they'd passed gave me the 'phew' factor and true to their word the said items were delivered on time. Being the person I am, I still had several queries, and being the patient and customer service driven company they are, dealt with everything I requested and more. Thanks Trophy Store - already passed your name onto several colleagues to make their enquiries too and could be back for more next year......

Excellent Service, pulled the stops out when I needed urgent delivery

The Trophy was 1st in its Class

Amazing Service

I ordered my trophies from trophy store and needed them within 5 days. The service was very good, the trophies arrived within 5 days as promised. This was the second time I used trophy store and will continue to use them in the future. Everytime i have rang them for help, the staff have been very helpful and also returned calls when promised. I would recommend trophy store to everyone.

Gold Standard

I wanted a very cheap trophy that nevetheless looked good to present to a club winning a light-hearted comeptition. I Googled 'Cheap Sports Trophies' and discovered the Trophy Store. There I found a wide range of trophies on offer at very reasonable prices. I ordered and got exactly what I wanted, at the price I wanted and even had it engraved as I wanted. My request for a delayed despatch was observed. The delivery itself was impressive: I was told in advance not only what day it would be delivered but what hour it would arrive, so there was no need to wait in all day. I am totally satisifed and I award the Trophy Store the top score!

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered 3 golf trophies on Monday and received them in time for the event on Wednesday! I spoke with your customer services who looked to see what you had 'off the shelf' and she was extremely helpful evening going to your warehouse to see what was available. What fantastic service!

I wanted to get a replica Oscar made as a fun leaving present for a friend at work. But I didn't want it to look cheap and plasticy. I was so impressed with the final result. It feels weighted just like a real Oscar, and looks superb. In addition to which I Iiterally got the oscar within a couple of days and teh staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely use them again in the future!

Great experience - I'd recommend to anyone!

I found Trophystore to have a great product range and good value prices - and was able to pick an ideal product for a charity quiz event. The delivery service was particularly good, with plenty of opportunities to change date of delivery and a text message reminder too. Having clumsily dropped my trophy as soon as it arrived - I called Customer Services who were incredibly helpful in dispatching a replacement trophy with minimum fuss and even at a small discount. All in all a great experience - I'd recommend trophystore to anyone!

Trophies were good, and pretty good value for money - minor panic about delivery was sorted

Yep pretty good service, trophies pretty reasonably priced particularly with engraving. One panic was that i had to call them the day before the event as i hadn't received them and i'm not sure they would have been delivered the next day if i hadn't. That said it all worked out in the end and i was very happy with their customer service over the 'phone. Would recommend

Trophy was damaged when it arrived

I didn't have time to send it back and had to get it repaired the varnish was chipped of the base. Not great to be honest!
