Brilliant customer service

I needed to order some trophys for work and rang customer services to arrange named day delivery. They were very helpful. The following day they rang me to advise that they couldn't get all the trophys I had ordered in time and offered me more expensive ones for the same price. Brilliant service. Top Customer Service and Communication. Quality Product and really low price

I'm not one to leave reviews generally but I was really impressed with the level of customer service, price, and product of this company.I ordered online, and they kept me up to date of dispatch date and delivery via both text and email. I would fully recommend. The website is very user friendly and gas a massive selection to choose from at very competitive prices. I was kept up to date with my order via text and alai the exact day ut was to be delivered and given several delivery options. My order was received on time and in perfect condition.Expectations exceeded, I will definitely be using again and recommending them to the club to use for all our teams awards.

Great customer service regarding delivery

Trophy Store have a huge range of trophies. They will do personalised engraving at a fair price. However, the best thing was the delivery as they sent email & text to confirm the date & then committed to a one-hour window. Other web-based suppliers please take note!

Friendly staff and excellent service

I used Trophy Store for the first time in May 2013, I needed to have a glass trophy urgently engraved. The service I received was fantastic and the trophy was delivered earlier than I needed it. The staff were friendly and very eager to help. I also received tracking emails from the delivery company throughout its journey from them to its destination. The service is second to none and I shall be using them again,

Truly helpful service

Many items were out of stock (I needed a large quantity) but when I called to speak to an advisor he was really helpful and it was appreciated. He emailed images over instantly and arranged for speedy delivery. Happy to use Trophy Store again.

Very good service and nice product

The site was easy to use, and I was really pleased with the trophies I chose, which looked better quality than I was expecting. The engraving was done nicely. I needed to get the trophies back within a week and phoned to ask whether I needed to get the premium service. The guy assured me that they would be with me on time with the regular service, and true to his word, they arrived with a day to spare. Would definitely use them again. Shame the engraving number of characters is so limited, but I think you could probably ring them and talk to them about it if you needed something special doing.

Great personal service, eager to help.

After the product I initially ordered being out of stock and the website payment page not processing my payment, the trophy store contacted me directly offering personal assistance over the phone. Due to the inconvenience of the product being out of stock they allowed me to choose another one and offered a fast track postal service to ensure it got to me on time. All throughout the delivery time I was given regular updates of the status of my delivery, with a small time frame of when it would arrive so no hanging around the house all day. Friendly team and great experience, will definitely be using again!

Lovely trophy, received in time.

We needed the trophy in less time than the site estimated but they still managed to deliver. If arrived well packaged and received 'wows' from everyone who saw it. Would definitely come back the next time one is needed.

Great, simple, effective service from Trophy Store

In terms of the trophy itself, the service was great. Quick and speedy communication, great product and would recommend to many - as well as use Trophy Store again myself.In terms of the delivery, DPD (the couriers) delivered it to the wrong address. I ordered it to my work and it went to a completely different company a whole block away. Luckily I knew the person who it had been delivered too, so she brought it to me.
