Fantastic service!

From the website which is easy to use, to the delivery a few days later, I could not fault the service I received. The emails and text messages informing me of the delivery, the driver's name, the time of delivery and the option to have it deliveted to a neighbour were wonderful customer service. Then to top it off, another text telling me the name and address of the neighbour that had taken in the delivery. Faultless service and I would recommend Trophystore to anyone.

Fantastic Service, great items!

We were doing a challenge at work and I was tasked with getting medals and trophies for the winners. I had a great selection to chose from, the prices were reasonable and for only a little extra they were able to process the order straight away so that we could receive it in time. Great product and super service

I bought medals for my daughters football party from Trophy Store.I asked the company to make sure they were engraved and arrived before the party.The service was excellent and the medals arrived in perfect time, despite a bank holiday and short notice.The children were really impressed to receive engraved medals which made a lovely party bag gift.Thanks so much.

Personal service from the faceless Internet - absolutely brilliant.

Among many sites returned from Internet searches they have the widest range I saw. My immediate reaction was big company - poor service but absolutely not so. Phil provides so much personal attention to detail and uploading text and graphics was as easy as any other site I have used for anything. Once approved my order arrived within 3 days and was extermely well packaged. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

Great selection - great service!

I wanted to order a fun trophy for a competition with a friend as to who could choose the best non-league football teams in a season. It was very easy ordering process. The only problem, albetit a nice one, was making a decision on which trophy to go for as there was a large choice and quite a difference in cost.Trophy looked fantastic and arrived within a few days and was very securely packed.All round a great product and service.

Quick, Quality and Cheap!

Trophystore.co.uk is by far the best site out their to purchase any award and have it inscribed. I purchased a number of items from a huge selection of trophies for my football team, and was able to personalise them simply and cheaply. I encountered one small problem when personalising one of the trophies, but simply called up their hotline and spoke to somebody who politely assisted me. Once ordered, delivery was quick and efficient, confirming exactly what day and time the order would be delivered.Great service, STRONGLY recommend trophystore!

Excellent prompt service and very pleased with the trophy

I wished to buy a trophy for my son who had just had a hole in one and I found Trophy Store through Google. The website was very good and I soon found a suitable trophy, which I was able to order easily and include a personalised inscription. Excellent Service

Does exactly what is says on the tin!!

I ordered what I needed and true to their word they were delivered on time (early in fact). When I was handed the box I thought Oh No as it seemed very light but when I opened it and saw all three trophies, I was very pleased. Good quality, perfect engraving, fast delivery and great communications. What more would you want? Will use again for sure. Oh and a plus point, I won two of the three trophies :-)

Excellent service and easy to use

Really pleased with the website. It was simple to use and made ordering 6 trophies a doddle! Previously I have bought trophies and then no one has ever bothered getting them engraved etc. - from this supplier, it was so easy to have the engraving included - and cheap! All the trophies turned up in perfect condition, on time, well packed and are good quality. This just adds a special little finishing tiuch to a golf day (in my case), for minimal cost. I will definately be using again.
