Best service ever!

I ordered a silver plated cup to be engraved on Friday. The order was acknowledged immediately and over the next few days I was updated with texts and emails. On the following Wednesday I received a text saying the delivery would be made between 2:17pm and 3:17pm. It arrived at precisely 3:10pm. It is exactly what I wanted in style and engraving. What more could you ask!!

Great service!!!!

Ordered some golf trophies. Arrived in record time. Very good quality for price. Unfortunately I made a mistake on some of the engraving details. Rang up to see what could be done. The next day I received new engraved plaques, free of charge!!!Great service. Will definately be returning.Thank you

Apparently, this is my first time of using service, and to be honest, i was impressed by the quality of services rendered. Although, i wasn't too sure, how my choice of text to be engraved on the Oscar trophy would look like, but it was great when i got it. I have refered a friend and will definitely come back, if i want to order more. Cheers!!!

Easy to order, fast + reliable service

Was kept informed of delivery with regular texts + e.mails. Was also given a 1 hour time slot on the day, so didn't 't have to wait in. A lot of companies could learn a lot from this level of service. Product was very well protected + really impressed with the shield I ordered. Will be using you for future school medals.

Outstanding service, completely unexpected as well

Trophystore emailed and phoned me when my original order was out of stock. They agreed an alternative order, and also used a courier to make sure it arrived on time for our mini rugby awards ceremony. They did all this without me having to ask, and it was completely unexpected. I was amazed to get this sort of service from an online company.

It was hard to pick a trophy that would encompass what I wanted to say, but the one we finally chose does just that. It's for our employee of the year award and it is amazing - although I dread to think the damage it would do if it fell on your foot!!

Very good quality delivered in good time

The item I purchased was of much better quality than I'd expected, and the engraving done was also of high standard. Coupled with delivery within a week - it's yet to be presented, but I have no doubt that it will go down well!

I ordered some trophies rather late in the day. I called when I realised I would not receive the trophies in time if I relied on the standard delivery times. This was not a problem and I was assured I would get them in good time - and I did 2 days later. No additional cost AND the courier sent a text with a 1 hour delivery window. The trophies were better than I expected and excellent value. I will be using Trophy Store again.

Surprisingly good quality value for money purchase

I was really surprised at the high quality of the trophy. One slight criticism was the delivery company. Their first attempt to deliver the item failed as we were out. When attempting to contact them we were met with a fully automated service. The leaflet they left advised they would make a second attempt to deliver but with no indication of when that would be? After two days elapsed we re-contacted the automated service and managed to get through the automated service to arrange the second delivery. A bit frustrating.

I looked online and found the range of available options for my rugby club awards day without difficulty. The range was large but easily distinguishable to enable me to work within my budget.
