Excellent store more than makes up for poor courier

Not being a regular trophy buyer I wasn't too sure of how to judge a good one for a bad 'un - so went by the professionalism and ease of use of the Trophy Store website. Finding what I wanted was really easy - as was adding the required engraving. The trophy arrived really quickly although it looked like courier had kicked the parcel all the way from the Trophy Store to me! Sure enough the otherwise very well packaged trophy was broken. I immediately contacted the store, sent them a photo of the broken goods and was promised a FOC replacement ASAP. It duly arrived, unbroken and well within the timescale promised. Very impressed - if I ever need another trophy I won't bother looking anywhere else!

Fantastic Trophy - Fantastic Service

Brilliant Trophy, better quality than I expected as the price was so cheap! The Delivery was upgraded free of charge as I could not select "Next Day Delivery" when creating my order, this was much appreciated and meant that it arrived in time for my Annual Golf Tournament with friends! Highly recommend.

Great service and follow up

I needed 2 trophies very quickly and after calling the Trophy Store they assured that if I made the order within the agreed timeframe they would be able to meet the deadline I was working towards. Which they did and even beat it by day or two.The great service went even further when they called me back on my mobile when they noticed my order was open on the system for a few hours but had not been confirmed by me. This was great service and very impressive as they knew how important it was to me.Thanks for your help.

Amazing value, fantastic service

I ordered 15 oscar style trophies for a student ball that I am planning, and was slightly worried as our budget was quite low (so I paid £4.99 for each statue) and the ball was only two weeks away. It was guaranteed that they would arrive within 7 working days, and the guy I spoke to on the phone was v polite and helpful. They actually arrived in 3 days. I was also told the day before that they would be delivered and the name of the driver, and on the morning of the delivery I was text an hour slot which was also stuck to. The trophies look incredible and well over the price I paid, and all the engraving is great. I couldn't recommend trophy store highly enough.

Fantastic Service, Brilliant Price, Quick Delivery and great Advice

I must have called this company about 4 times in one week, constently asking questions and advice on there products. I was organising a work awards and i needed the awards at short notice. They were absoultley fantastic, ordered them on thursday and they arrived on tuesday.... nicely wrapped and no damage. will definatly use them again|!!!!

Excellent service - very helpful!

Working for a school it is not always possible to pay for items via credit card. I found Trophy store very amenable to helping us to overcome this by providing us with an invoice instead. They had a very friendly manner, and the communication regarding the delivery of the Trophies was excellent.The trophies arrived quickly and they are a lovely quality.Thank you

Huge range of choice; excellent value for money; outstanding delivery service.

This was the first time I used Trophy Store. I thought the range of products was superb with something for all price ranges. The journey to 'checkout' was very simple and, unlike many sites, problem free. When I got a text telling me the time of delivery within an hour slot I was very impressed - not your usual 'between 7am and 1pm'!! I was even more impressed though when the driver actually turned up with my trophies within the allotted hour!! Very slick, very professional and a company I won't hesitate to use again.

Great service and product yet again

Buy from trophy store for ease of purchase (online) payment and quick delivery of items. My latest purchase a silver salve meant I had to call them up as the text count I wanted engraving was over the maximum by 2 characters so I was unable to complete my order online. (hence 4 stars and not 5) Spoke to a really helpfiul guy who went through everything sent me a proof and confirmation our almose instantly and delivery again received in under 5 working days. The delivery is also faultless, an emai to say it is leaving the depot and approx delivery, a more specific text with a delivery slot within an hour time period and the option to reschedule. Great company, great service will continue to use.

could not fault anything about the whole experience.

Ordered a trophy on Sunday and had a phone call the next day to say the item was out of stock. I was offered an alternative but decided on something else that was slightly more expensive but trophy store carried the extra cost. The communication from order to delivery was first class i knew when the product was despatched,when it was going to be delivered and by who and was then informed when it had been delivered.Fantastic service could not speak more highly of them

A Top Notch Company

Gold Medal Service at Trophy Store.

The Trophy Store had the best selection of trophys, medals and cups for my particular sport and their easy way of uploading your personal engraving made it a very simple job of ordering.The delivery service was just perfection when the said it would arrive at a time they were correct almost to the exact second.
