BRILLIANT!!!!!! trophystore is the way to go!!!

The website was easy to use, the delivery was quick and told me when it was coming in the hour. The headmaster and the chair of the PTA thought the trophy was fantastic and done to a hight standard. I would definitely order from these again, overall I can't fault any of it!!!!!!

FIRST CLASS FROM START TO FINISH

The website is very well organised, searching for trophies was easy, the description of what you wanted engraving was easy to understand. I got a great deal and I was asked if I had preverance on what day I wanted them delivered, I stated a Monday and I got them on a Monday. Even got told 48 hours before that they was being delivered and if there was a problem I could change delivery or leave it elsewhere via text. They arrived well packaged and protected, the trophies look fantastic and the engraving is first class. A very professional service and would certainly recommend this company.

Good value, good service

Comparing sites on a search engine I found Trophy Store & felt they offered good value for money. I was delighted with the trophy I bought & with the service I had on line & on the phone when I realised I had made a mistake with the spelling of some of the engraving I had asked for. Prompt & efficient service over the delivery too.

Excellent Customer Service

The medal I ordered was discontinued... A disappointment as the website said it was in stock. But the staff phoned me and emailed me and couldn't have been more helpful to get me sorted out with an alternative. Excellent. When you consider this was an order for about £4 plus p+p, it's remarkable.Then as the order was prepared, then despatched and with the courier, en route, etc, I got emails and texts every step of the way. Totally thorough and professional. I can't fault the system in any way. If I'm honest, I did grumble to my wife at the £6.95 p+p charge for such a very small order. But I can see where the money is spent.
