Fantastic Service from order to delivery

As a first time customer i was a little scepticale of ordering on line so placed my order over the phone, which only took around 5 minutes. Wow - so professional

A Business That Really Cares!

I was most impressed with the level of service from Trophy Store. I phoned them twice with queries and was treated to accurate, helpful and friendly advice, I was a bit concerned about buying on-line but when the trophies arrived (delivered quicker than I expected) I was pleasantly surprised. They were every bit as good as I had hoped. I wish all businesses offered the same service and value. This firm deserves to do well. I purchased the trophies on behalf of the male voice choir and will be using them again. I am NOT associated with this firm in any way, other than being a very satisfied customer.

Outstanding from order to dispatch.

The team at trophy store were fantastic to work with. We had 280 students we needed attendance awards, they recommend us a trophy to use which was exactly what we were looking for. All trophies came with correct spelling of the student names and in perfect condition. I will certainly be ordering from them again in the near future.

I have been using this website for quite some time now and have to say it is a well laid out website and really easy to navigate round, delivery has always quick and well packed. with all the orders I have placed I have only had to chase once for a delivery and they were really helpful and offered great customer service. Fantastic supplier!

Had to order some trophies last minute and have them engraved, my normal supplier takes weeks so had a search on the internet and found Trophy Store. In a matter of days I had my my trophies with their engaving! Absoutley fantastic, will definitely be using them again.

top award for style service and value

1st Class detail...!

I received a personal phone call from the Trophy Store asking the question ..had I put the correct year date on the order ? as it was now late March 213, they questioned me to wether I'd put the 2012 year details on the inscription incorrectly ! It was reassuring that they questioned this as it could have been my human error... I confirmed that it was correct ...it had just taken me a little while to get around to sorting the awards out !!
