They deserve a trophy themselves

I was delighted with my purchase of a 10 year shield from the Trophy store. I had complete flexibility to choose a relevant central disc (horse riding in this case) and then bespoke engraving on the two scrolls.The shield arrived just two days after ordering it. I was delighted with the quality of the trophy itself, the neat and accurate engraving and the delivery service as well.Very good value for a quality product, and easy to deal with the ordering process on the website.Good work.

They did a nice job producing trophies in a hurry for my son's birthday party.

I was in a bit of a rush, since I ordered the trophies justt a week before the party. The Trophy Store called me the day after I placed the order, told me they would get them done in time, and then did so. The trophies were just what we needed. Thanks for a job well done.

Great service, great value - just what I wanted

Trophy store were one of the only suppliers that I could find that stocked the trophy I needed. The price looked good and to be honest I wasn't expecting much as the price was low but we were all pleasantly surprised with the quality of the trophy.The engraving service is great value and the tracking service gave me an idea of when to expect delivery - and it was delivered in the timeframe that I was advised - so great.Overall very good value, service, delivery and convenient.

The guys at Trophy Store are among the most helpful and friendly I have come across. Nothing is too much trouble and the products are great quality and value. Excellent service

I contacted Trophy Store right before xmas to order three engraved Trophys for New years eve - after speaking to them I ordered the wrong thing on-line but they picked this up and rang me straight away to confirm what I actually wanted. The Trophys were delivered within two days.They were very professional with a personal service - I wish more companies were like this in the UK.

Fantastic Products Great Customer Service

The Shield trophy was of a great quality and exactly as pictured. The engraving ( which cost just an extra £1 was also of a high quality.The customer service over the phne was briliant, very helpful staff with a friendly cheerful manner - just what you want when your busy and feeling stressed - someone who can organise things for you quickly and effeciently.

A Star Performance from a quality cast

This company of players excelled themselves, as a debut performance in front of a discerning audience they shone. At the busiest time of the year (a week before christmas) two trophies were ordered for two high achievers aged 5 and 7 who had passed their dance exams . Not only did we receive them by christmas eve but they were also 10 minutes early on delivery time , having been able to track them from leaving The Trophy Store to our address . All our expectations of product and delivery have been excelled ............... why cannot all companies be as good as this one?????. Thanks for a great service.

Faultless and effortless what more can you say

Purchased a trophy as a Christmas present.This process was so simple the site navigation is clear and easy to use after choosing the trophy and typing in the message to be engraved on the plaque the checkout was easy to follow and the order complete.I must also commend the courier service used in conjunction with Trophystore who kept me informed all the way from order to delivery with text and emails as to where my parcel was and although I missed the delivery the courier left the package with a neighbour and then took the time to send anather email saying where it had been left and the time delivered with the neighbour named. A certain parcel service take note that you don't just have to leave a card followed by a trek to the local sorting office to retrieve you order.

Quality products at appealing prices

The awards I ordered were for my sales team and were delivered quickly and the engraving looked good and even though at first I thought the trophies were a little small they sit good on the agents desk. Will certainly use this company again, a positive experience.
