Perfect - On time (and there wasn't much time!)

The trophy was reasonably priced and excellent quality. Time was very tight because we needed the trophy in a matter of days. We requested the fast delivery service and from the minute we placed the order we were kept informed of our order status. The engraving was perfect and it arrived exactly when promised, which was actually with 48 hours to spare. Thanks to Trophy Store, we needn't have worried.

First class customer service and products.

This was a large order for a company awards evening, and the staff at Trophy Store were extremely helpful over thephone and processed the order and I received it all within 3 working days. It was amazing, the awards look fantastic and were all correct, no typos! We even had some late additions and this has been no bother at all for them. Brilliant !!! will definately recommend and use again.

Very helpful members of staff.

I explained over the telephone that I had never ordered trophies / medals before and if they could recommend any. They were very helpful and courterous and I was go back to the Trophy Store if I ever needed to order medals etc again. The items were delivered in plenty of time and packed correctly.

Efficent and friendly service

They were great. I couldn't find what I wanted online so called and the guy on the phone was great. Really helpful and got me sorted out very quickly. The trophy was delivered really fast too. Will definately use them the next time we need a trophy/medal.

Great value products and speedy delivery service

Ordered the trophies on a Thursday needing delivery fo the following Wednesday.Even though the weather had been very bad the trophies were delivered on time.A great website and they answer the telephone and help as well.

Reliable, friendly, helpful and efficient.

I contacted trophy store after seeing a product on eBay but preferred to deal with ordering over the phone so rang them. Mark and Kay were both friendly and helpful and our trophies were promptly delivered fully engraved a few days after placing the order. I was amazed at their speed and the quality and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Totally...one hundred and eighty....!!

I'm having a Darts Night so thought i'v got to have a winners trophy so on google i went to find out who does Trophys and found "Trophy Store" who have every kind of trophy you would need! So found one i thought would be just the ticket, had it engraved and then a few days later it's arrived in the post so snug in it's delivery box it wasn't getting damaged if it tried! it's totally "one hundred and eighty"!!.... and it was well priced and i will certainly be getting all my other trophy from here... the only thing is what other nights shall i hold....! So a brilliant find. Thank you....

Excellent!

I had a large order of shields which required our company logo in the centre. I was lucky enough to be in contact with Phil who explained how my order could be accommodated. Phil was friendly and very helpful. I needed the shields in a very prompt time schedule but Phil and the team managed to assist. I am very, very happy with the shields and the staff recipients have been ecstatic!
