Excellent Service and Quality Product

This website was recommended to me by a colleague and I do not regret using it. The trophy, although only 3 inches tall, is well made and not just cheap plastic. We asked for engraving on 40 mini-maths awards and they arrived promptly the next week (I believe we ordered them on a Thursday and they were in our hands by Wednesday the next week). We will be using the Trophy Store in future, I have no doubt.Excellent work. Thank you.

Prompt delivery and friendly customer service

We decided to order trophies and medals for our inaugural College badminton tournament. However, our limited budget meant we had to shop around to get the best prices. Trophy Store offered a brilliant selection at good prices; when I rang Customer Services about the order, their response was courteous, friendly and helpful. As we had put in the order a day late, we had not expected to arrive in-time for our competition, but Trophy Store surpassed our expectations and the parcel arrived well packaged and a day earlier (with tracking)We will be ordering from Trophy Store again for future events; for the record, our order included an award for each person in a pair; so two trophies and four medals (and ribbons - didn't realise these cost extra but worth it in the end). I would particularly recommend the bronze badminton medal as a product - the detail was very good and had a decent weight to it, so overall a very lovely feel - more so than the gold-plated medal.

Fantastic quality service

Order placed very easily. Excellent choice. Quick delivery with a text sent before delivery to confirm date and an hour slot! Amazing I normally have to wait in all day for parcels. Text said it would arrive between 11:20 - 12:20 and it was delivered exactly between that time. Fab. I would highly recommend.

Best Booby Prize

Hole in one for quality and service!

Beautiful trophies at a very good price.

I have no hesitation in recommending Trophy Store. The engaved trophies were delivered the very next day, well packed. I ordered 'Oscar' replicas in silver resin and they are really 'weighty' and look VERY expensive. My pupils are delighted and they act as a great source of motivation. I will be purchasing from this company again next year.

They all looked fab on display!

Trophies looked great and the people who won them were impressed. Nice presentation boxes too! Service provided was also excellent. I gave them the wrong dates for 4 of the trophies and they replaced the metal engraved plates straight away and free of charge. I would definitely use them again.
