Great quality and service

I ordered a collection of tokens and a trophy for a birthday celebration. I didn't want to spend too much, and so did have the highest expectation of what I would receive. But I have to say the quality and service were outstanding.

Lovely trophy

Smart trophy and just what I was hoping for. Compact, looks quality and great engraving. Arrived promptly too. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the end of the screw wasn't cut off well enough and so the trophy rocked when put on a hard surface. Luckily a handy man cut it off so I didn't need to send it back. Apart from that it's great.

Met all our requirements and pleased the prize winner more

The trophy was a worthy prize and met our requirements fully - perhaps the table tennis ball could have been made smaller but may have compromised the overall design - the TT ball appeared bigger than the TT bat!! From ordering to receiving was a smooth transition.

Great Price, Quality Product & Very Quick Delivery !

I was looking for a trophy for a friend who we have organised a Aston Martin driving experience for her Birthday, just a little token for her to remember the day. Due to the cost of the actual experience I did not want to spend too much and the 8 inch star trophy was an attractive price, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality & finish of the final product and the free engraving was a nice finishing touch , from order to delivery it took less than a week including the weekend, I would thoroughly recommend the Trophy Store and will definitely be using them again in the future should a situation arise where I need another trophy.

Service good. Trophy ok. Engraving shoddy.

The trophy itself was ok if a little small, but weight and quality was good. However, the glue holding the small piece of metal with the personalised engraving wasn't strong enough and was hanging off when it arrived. It hasn't affixed properly since, and now I need to invest in some superglue!

Lovely trophies delivered on time at a decent price

The awards were for a celebration evening with a Hollywood theme. The ordering process online was straightforward and the items were dispatched on time. I was really pleased with the quality given our limited budget. Everyone who won an award was really pleased.

Friendly, efficient and impressed my client!

Given the 5-7 days delivery this would be close for a meeting I had planned and so as not to be on the last minute I contacted the helpdesk to explain my position and they ensured the Silver Salver was with me ahead of the meeting. Brilliant service.

Superb personal service and great product!

I recently purchased a round glass "trophy" on which I needed engraving. The deadline did not leave room for any problems. I placed the order on the Thursday. On Friday a nice gentleman phoned to say that he had sent a "proof" of the engraving by email and if I could approve by first thing Monday he would try to ensure I had delivery by the required date. The order arrived on the day required. The quality of the "trophy" was excellent, the engraving fantastic and overall I was very impressed at the "extra mile" service. I have put the Trophy Store in my favourites and will use them again should the need arise. Well done.

Excellent Trophies ans selction

All was superb with the service from Trophy Store from selection through ordering. The only issue was the deliverey service from DPD. This caused a major issue and after being told by Trophy Store that DPD would contact me to discuss the service thgey never did. Hence in giving only 3 stars.

Half the price of any other site/shop i've seen and the trophies are excellent quality.Engraving is cheap, and again, excellent quality.I made my order online and it is very............... user friendly, even after my order I phoned the company and they were very helpful and polite.Delivery was exactly a week after ordering, which I thought was brilliant, only down side, Delivery Charges but hey ho! only £6.95.Would definitely use the company again in a heart beat, I have recommended them to a friend and would recommend them to anyone reading this.

The comparison between the value of the trophies i ordered and the quality of them was incredible. Everyone who saw them were visibly impressed by the high standard and the customised engravings. Just what I wanted

Winning service

Prompt delivery and well packaged. The trophy I purchased is of good quality materials and I would have no problem in recommending this company to others. Only minor gripe would be the excessive delivery charge for "rural" areas. Hopefully, new customers will have contacts in the "big" cities to avoid paying over the odds to receive their trophies.
