Does exactly what it says on the tin....

Helpful customer service when I had to call to make a specific request that wasn't able to be met via the online ordering facility. The trophy then arrived exactly to the timescale that customer services had predicted and via a helpful courier method that allowed me flexibility of delivery dates. Oh, and the trophy was pretty good too...just as described/pictured on the internet and the engraving was spot-on.Would recommend.

A very happy customer

Easy to use website with a fantastic range of cups. I wanted a silver plated cup and it was great to filter them down so I could see the ones I'd shortlisted together. Checked something regarding the engraving and was reassured straight away with a quick phone call. Cup arrived in perfect condition, packed well and couldn't belive the quality of the engraving. I would strongly recommend this company to anybody wishing to order any trophies. Will be using again in future. Thank-you trophy store.

Decently heavy and well made trophies - just what you would want to receive as an award!

Decently heavy trophies, not like the cheap muck you so often get! Awards that are as light as a feather just don't cut it do they!!!If you want a trophy that will make the recipient feel as though you really appreciate them, then heavy is the way to go, every time !!!

First time I've used Trophy Store website and found it of excellent quality , easy to browse thru and the prices were excellent value. Would have no hesitation in recommending Trophy Store to anyone I certainly will be using it again in the future , if I had a gripe it would be that the engraving was very basic but maybe they can do other fonts I never checked

My experience with Trophy Store has been fantastic from start to finish. The information on the website was clear and easy to follow, the communication via email was very helpful (I had regular updates so I could track my item) and the delivery was much faster than expected. My item arrived safely and was packaged with great care and attention. I was so thrilled with the trophy... it was of a high quality considering it was not that expensive. Unexpected Good surprise !!!

I did the purchase on monday with a specials request to receive it on Wednesday. I knew it could be complicated. On Tuesday, I received a call (a bit rough I have to say but...) to tell me they need between 5-7 open days for the delivery. I said it s ok. Even if my game was on Wednesday.Anyway... At the end... 9am on Wednesday I received it.Really good surprise :)

Excellent service all round!

Wonderful experience. Trophy well packed and of excellent quality. For such a reasonable price, I was expecting a fairly lightweight "cheap" feeling trophy, and would have been OK with that. But the trophy was very solid and quite weighty. Surprising quality for an excellent price. Very satisfied, and I would recommend this company!

Trophies for an annual family event

Each year since our grandsons were 3 and 5 we have gone on an annual holiday to Cornwall or Dorset. More recently (they are now 13 and 15) we have had to work hard at entertaining them. This year (which we feel may be the last year they want to hang out with Gran and Grandad) I decided that we should introduce some competition into the events (well it is Olympic year after all!). We always compete at Boules, Crazy Golf, Pitch and Putt, Go-Karting, Table Tennis, Surfing etc but this year we have introduced a Come Dine with Me event as our eldest Grandson is pretty good at cooking. So to commemorate what must be the last year for us all in Cornwall (?) I ordered trophies to award on the last day for all events. Maybe this will not be the last year but we may have a couple of young ladies in tow next time. We shall see. The trophies arrived with speed and all were worthy of great achievements. We are really looking forward to August 2012 in Falmouth.

Exactly what I wanted - delivered within minutes of the time slot specified.

Wanted a couple of awards for costumes at my daughter's 21st party. Excellent selection to choose from and good product at a good price. Given a 1 hour delivery slot and courier turned up within minutes of it starting. Really like the 1 hour delivery service, means you aren't trapped in the house all day. Definitely recommend this company to friends.

Couldn't be better

The last order was somewhat rushed and I needed the items within 5 days so they were at school for the final assembly. Trophy Store were amazing and got them to us the day before the assembly. The trophies were great and the kids loved them.

Very professional service wish all online ordering was so easy!

I was really impressed with the service I received. The website was very easy to use. I got confirmations etc instantly. My delivery was slightly delayed but when I rang to enquire the person I spoke to could not have been more helpful. I received an email notification to explain about the delay too. My instructions for delivery were followed to the letter too. Very pleased with the outcome.

My daughter wanted a special gift for her friend who was leaving to go to high school. She decided she wanted a trophy, so researched online choosing one from Trophy Store. The ordering process was straightforward and I immediately had a confirmation message sent to my phone. I received another message when it was due to be despatched and on the day of delivery. The parcel was duly delivered on time, well packaged and in perfect condition. My daughter was overjoyed to be able to give her friend her gift before she left. Would definitely use them again.
