Really pleased with the gardening trophy, the service was wonderful. The inscription together with the delivery was the quickest and best I have ever had. Very good service

I ordered a trophy to be used as a staff incentive for my new company. The choices were excellent and reasonably priced, meaning I found exactly what I wanted. The trophy arrived one week after ordering by courrier, and I was sent text messages to let me know exactly when it would arrive which was very helpful. I will be using them again!

Trophey Store were my saviours!

Leaving everything to the last minute once again, I had less than 7 days to order and receive engraved football tropheys for an under 10's girls football club. I ordered 16 tropheys all of which needed engraving on the Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning Trophey Store rang and advised that they could definatley get the tropheys out by post on the Monday morning and that they would upgrade the postage to next day delivery, Tuesday, as promised I received the engraved tropheys, which were of a higher quality than anyone would expect for the amounts which are charged. I cannot thank the staff at Trophey Store enough for acting as quickly on this as they did, and 16 happy children received the tropheys which they had earned. Thank you once again for being my saviours without you I could have been in a very embarrassing situation!

No problem with corporate order

Needed a single trophy for a corporate award (we're a small company). Telephoned Trophy Store to enquire about invoicing etc., got through to a real human immediately, customer service was excellent; helpful and friendly. They sent the proofs through quickly and the finished product is just right. It came well-packed with a nice presentation box too. No problems and would use again.

Reliable, excellent value and quality service.

We are a Tennis Club and had our annual Junior Tournament. I needed the trophies and medals very quickly and they delivered on this for me. Quick, no hassle, good service

I ordered a trophy from this company online for my business. I was concerened because I wanted it engraving with the company logo, which I emailed to them following the order. They were quick to send an artist's impression of the trophy with the full engraving - which was spot on. I emailed back my confirmation and then a couple of days later the trophy arrived. The trophy itself is high quality, and is exactly as I wanted it to be. Very good service.

Quick, easy and efficient.

It was easy to place the order online, with a fantastic range of trophies and medals to choose from. The free engraving was a very nice bonus which we had expected to have to pay for. Very quick delivery. In summary we have no complaints at all about using the Trophy Store, and would certainly recomend it to others.
