Top service and brilliant product!

Excellent Service
Easy online ordering but if unsure you can link up with staff on chat as you go through your order.Excellent service, good quality and no delays with delivery
What a great service, I cannot fault the trophy store!
I ordered a number of medals for my rugby club. I was kept regularly informed as to how long the delivery would take and was even given a time slot which I thought very good as I'm a busy person and regularly miss deliveries. The club were very pleased with the medals as was I. Will absolutely use the trophy store again and again.
Go the extra mile!
This is a company that provides a great service.Really competitive prices, fast delivery, nothing is a problem.I realised that I had wrong engraving (my fault, not theirs), called them at 8am and received an email before 10am advising everything was despatched.I received the altered plates next morning.Brilliant.
Don't bother googling cheaper trophies - there's none cheaper than Trophy Store!
An excellent service from start to finish, including the calls to customer services to organise extra engraving. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and an overall service second to none. Highly recommended as a trustworthy organisation to deal with.

Excellent quality goods and service.
The trophies were of better quality than I expected despite their reasonable price. The engraving was neatly done and completely accurate despite some concerns I had. The service was quick and the items came well packed and free from damage. I shall almost certainly order again using the catalogue that accompanied my items.

A fantastic service, terrific products and really easy to do business with.
We used the Trophy Store to provide a range of products for an award ceremony at work. The range of options, and the good value were what first attracted me to their site. They then helpfully answered questions by telephone. The website was then easy to navigate when placing my order, and the turnaround and swift service was the icing on the cake. Very happy, would use again.

Trophy Winner
My dealings with Trophy Store could not have been better. Excellent products delivered in a very short time. Staff very helpful and customer focussed. Livingston Cricket Club has dealt with Trophy Store in the past for our awards and again this year. I can see no reason why we will not be doing the same again next year. Well done all!

Great range at good prices quickly dispatched.
Excellent service and a good product
We ordered an engraved clock for our lifetime achievement award winner. It was beautiful and just what we hoped for. The communication before, during and after was excellent, with a small problem being put right immediately. If I was to nit pick I would say it would have been nice to have had a prettier presentation box, but for the price I really can't complain. Thank you Max in particular who went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly with our order on a tight timescale.
Poker trophy
Excellent delivery service. The poker trophy it's self was of a very highest standard especially considering the cost. I will definitely will be using this site again in the future.

I was a little concerned that the engraving on the trophy that I ordered wouldn't be as I wanted because proofs were unavailable. However, I needn't have worried. Also, it came very well packaged. I plan to remember these gift boxes for other special occasions in the future.
