Found it a pleasant and easy experience ordering a couple of trophies for a works night out.Just a couple of cheap end trophies for a pool and a darts competition but quality still spot on, engraving was good and overall turnaround to delivery was good.I'll be using again, may make myself some trophies so looks like I actually win something rather than just sorting them for others :-)

I wasn't really sure what I was looking for to begin with. I needed a mid range not too expensive trophy for an academic award. I trawled through many different styles, prices and ideas. Finally I chose the one. I needed an inscription too. This was easily added in the purchasing process. At last after several days a box arrived. Packed tightly amongst paper , wrapped in bubble wrap was the trophy. I was pleased to hand over what I felt was a beautiful trophy to be presented for many years to come.

The trophy was in amazing condition and came in a presentable box, so I didn't have to wrap it up. My brother loved his graduation bobble head because his name was engraved on it which was at NO EXTRA COST! The website was clear and effective during the purchase and the update emails worked well as I could keep an eye on my purchase without the hassle. Also, the delivery was perfect as I could change the date to when it suited me. Overall, it was easy to browse, buy and was extremely affordable for a student gift.

Top service and product!
From the time I found the website, until the time I received my order it was plain sailing. The website was very easy to use, the service was fast and the price very reasonable. If I had one improvement to suggest it would be to see an example of a medal/trophy with a person so you can better gauge which size to go for. Dimensions are great but unless you sit there with your ruler and your laptop/computer it is preferable to see something that allows you to consider the scale. All in all a great product and great service

Great product, great customer service
I ordered a medal for my partner who is shortly to do an epic walk. Initially I was a bit put off by the delivery cost and use of a courier, worrying that I might not be in and end up driving miles to some depot or other.How wrong was I?!? I asked for a specific delivery day to avoid problems and it was instantly accommodated. There was really helpful communication from the courier and on the day they texted to say they would be there 9.44-10.44. It arrived at 9.44 on the dot. The medal is great and I cannot wait to see my partner's face when I present it to him,
