EXCELLENT SERVICE
I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SALVER WHICH I PURCHASED FOR MY GRANDAUGHTER'S GRADUATION . AND TRUST THAT IN YEARS TO COME SHE WILL BE ABLE TO SHOW IT TO HER CHILDREN.
Nice quality trophy, my son is thrilled with it, I would use this company again.
The trophy was well packaged, I was kept well informed during the delivery process, right up to within the hour! The trophy is of a nice quality and exactly as described online. I would recommend the company to anyone.
Very easy to order and very prompt delivery
The order went through, got confirmation and just a few days later I had my shield. It was very well packaged and I will definitely order from this company again. Amazing!
Much more than a trophy cup
Bought large gold cup man for granddaughter who missed out on a school sport's day trophy. Her brother who is ten years older and plays football for the local team has several and her brother who has special needs, also has a trophy, which she borrows and pretends it's hers. So to put a smile on her face the above trophy was purchased with engraving special to her. She loves it, and more so, because it wasn't a shield or a cup and so different from her brothers.
I thoroughly recommend this company. 100% perfect.
Excellent trophies, excellent customer services. Thank you.
Great service and quality of goods
Ordering the product was simple and received e-mail updates for when the object was sent and what time it would be delivered which was updated to the hour the day before delivery Quality of order is brilliant and just what I needed at a fantastic price

Trophy Store was recommended to me by someone who had used them a few times before. I spoke to Trophy Store on the phone and the sales person was really helpful, The whole call took about 10 minutes from start to finish. The delivery was made on the day expected and I was really pleased with the trophies and engraving, as they were exactly what I expected.
Fast and very satisfactory resolution of query
I ordered 2 types of medals with ribbons at a very reasonable price. I received an e-mail to inform me that one of the medals was sold out. I replied with an alternative suggestion and this was dispatched speedily in plenty of time for our planned event.

We order des the medals for a Y6 leavers party. I rang and spoke to an extremely helpful man who answered my questions politely giving excellent information. The medals arrived promptly and were of excellent quality. Thank you

Efficient, high quality and a pleasure to deal with; many thanks Trophy Store
I ordered a glass engraved trophy to be presented to one of my students at Graduation 2014 and couldn't be happier with the service I received from the Trophy Store. I had been let down by other suppliers in the run up to the ceremony so needed to find a product that could be produced and posted within a matter of days. From searching for the product, ordering, approving the proof and receiving the trophy, this took a matter of 3 business days, which is excellent. The trophy arrived in secure packaging and was of great quality. Thanks to the staff at Trophy Store, especially Phil, who was a great help sorting out my order with a logo to also be etched. We will be ordering again for next year's ceremony. Many thanks.
Excellent service and good quality product
I order 18 ribbon medals within a week of the event which required engraving. I received the medals on the day I requested. The service and quality of the medals and ribbons was first class. I will certainly recommend your Company to other organisations.

Highly recommended - very flexible, efficient and helpful
Bought an order of around 33 items at the last minute and went on chat and then followed up with a phone call to see if quick delivery could be achieved. I was taken through the process very helpfully and most important my package arrived to my full requirements and in time for my awards presentation. This is the second year I have used trophy store. Last year one of the pieces arrived damaged but was replaced within a couple of days with no hassle. Very easy to use, comprehensive choice of trophies and great support. FULLY RECOMMENDED

Lovely, high quality trophy
Arrived 3 days early with regular updates on the dispatch and delivery.
Super service, friendly and helpful.
I ordered two crystal trophies for long serving teachers - it was an important occasion. The engraving was very well done, the quality of each trophy was excellent! Both ladies loved them to bits. I was grateful that the company was willing to change the delivery address to my workplace so I could sign for them there. The designers want you to be completely satisfied before you accept the proofs - it is worthwhile checking for any spelling mistakes on the PDF file. Thank you for an enjoyable experience.
