I ordered an engraved trophy about a fortnight before I needed it, then realised I would be on holiday when the proof would come for me to agree to it. I rang Trophy Store to explain this, and I received the proof the following morning, excellent! From when I put my order in, the trophy was delivered 5 days later! Very quick. The delivery is excellent too, you get a text and email to say the date and then another one to give you the time, which you can change if not convenient. All very easy!

Fantastic product for the price
Fantastic product for the price, delivery should have a cheaper option as it was the same price as the trophy but it was just about justifiable for me given that I got regular delivery updates and it arrived in good time, others may prefer a slightly more economical service however

I recently ordered trophies to be engraved. I had made a mistake on one of the names on the order form and phoned to get this corrected. The member of staff that I spoke to was extremely helpful with this and helping to ensure that the order was delivered to me in time for the event. When I received the order the trophies looked fantastic. I will definitely re-order for our event next year.

I rang the Trophy Store in a panic as our football presentation was in 3 days and somebody had forgotten to order the trophy's for the coaches. Anyway, I explained my dilemma, and two very nice representatives sorted everything our for me, and explained I could pay an extra amount of money to get the trophies in time, and have them engraved! I was skeptical - sort of - but true to their word the trophies arrived within 2 days, and were just perfect. Everybody very happy - thank you so much

From start to finish, the service I experienced was excellent. The website was extremely easy to use and I completed my choice and ordered quickly. I had a response confirming my order and a draft for approval really quickly. I had a couple of questions which were responded to really quickly, so quickly that I missed the replies and by the time I found them, I was in danger of missing my deadline for receipt. Cares about customer service
Was very accomodating when I asked for more lettering than the website said was allowed. Shield arrived slightly damaged but they replaced it with no quibble and very quickly. They also respond to emails very quickly. Excellent service and would recommend to friends and colleagues.

Just what we needed!
The shield is of good quality, it looks especially good hung above the mantelpiece and should be used in my family for a long time. A minor concern is that to people without great vision the 't' in the engravings can look like an 'l' at a glance. Maybe a drop down list to choose the type of font would be a nice extra to personalise the trophy that little bit more.Overall very happy.
