Extremely helpful staff and speedy distribution of items ordered.

I found the Trophy Store very easy to contact and deal with and correspondence was very efficient and professional.The items look even better than on line and the colour of the paperweight which we ordered was stunning.My only criticism is that the boxes that the paperweights came in were tatty looking and had marks all over the boxes. I now have to source an alternative to place them in. The large crystal item was boxed nicely and the parcel itself was packaged very well so arrived well protected.

Perfect last minute order delivered fast

Quality service all at a good price

The service I received from trophy store was second to non the trophies were delivered within the time scale with great tracking provided by DPD, the price of the trophies is great and the engraving excellent, all in all I am very happy and will definitely use again next year.

Great trophy for school sports day, good value for money, on time, children ecstatic!

Bought a trophy for school sports day. Good value for money. Arrived exactly as promised so on time for the event. The children were ecstatic, they thought they'd won the FA cup! Great quality trophy at at good price

Needed a trophy for an end of season social/awards and this looked the part - bought a similar one from Timpsons the year before but that was half the size and a more expensive so very pleased to have found the Trophy Store. Well we have our presentation coming up and every year we do trophies for goalscorers etc but there was never one for the goalkeeper, so this year we decided we'd get our goal keeper a little something to show our apreciation and we ordered the trophy from trophystore. A fantastic and efficient way to shop for trophies

Shooping online at Trophy Store is easy. The product is high quality and exactly as requested with engraving etc Dekivery was quick with DPD and you can track the item. i had to get a redelivery and the options were varied. Overall it is an excellent service and i would use them over and over again.

Good Service/Price/Communication

Purchased a memorial trophy found the website easy to follow at reviewing stage and ease of use at purchase and I was kept informed of a delivery date even with a time and driver who was delivering on the day..the window for delivery was 1 hour and the trophy was delivered within that time.The trophy was more than I expected well worth the money and service was second to none I feel.I would highly recommend Trophy Store.

Good website, lots of choice, backed up by excellent service!

I ordered a resin football trophy for our work fantasy football league competition a couple of weeks ago, as a bits of fun. I knew it was fairly large for the insignificant competition we have run but the overall bulk of the trophy pleasantly surprised me.The free engraving was a bonus but is where my only critisism lays. The engraving was fairly shallow on the plate, so was not easily read. I was otherwise delighted and would recommend the prompt service. Delivery was excellent, with text notification of when the parcel was going to delivered within a 1hr time slot.

Everything was how it should have been: absolutely perfect; no complaints.

The website was easy to navigate: paying was simple and (so far) secure! Delivery was exceptional. The courier gave me 3 hours warning and turned up between his time limits, which were only 1 hour wide.

Trophy Store helped us in a tricky situation!

We were really grateful to Trophy Store. It wasn't until a couple of days after we had ordered two trophies for an event that we realised it would take seven days for the order to be processed. This would have been too late for the event. We contacted the Trophy Store immediately and within a day the trophies had been delivered, at no extra cost.

Excellent service, fast and efficient, and the product excelled all expectations.

The Trophy I purchased was on behalf of my ailing Sister, who's husband passed away last year. This was a Memorial Trophy, in his name, for their local Horticultural Society's Annual Show, in which he had been so involved over the years. Upon opening the package, when the Trophy arrived, my Sister cried with joy. It more than met with her expectations.Thank You Trophy Store for making her day, and, hopefully, the Horticultural Awards Ceremony too.
