Found this company via Google. Wanted to personalise some trophies but couldn't see how to do it via the website. E-mailed the support address and received a very nice e-mail telling me how asking for graphics etc. sent through a mock up promptly. Called me to confirm I was happy and delivered on time. Product exactly as described and as per proof.

Hammer family camp 2013

I ordered medals, ribbons, and a trophy and i had them engraved, I left it very late to order but they were boxed up looking fab when they arrived two days before our big camp out , I will order each year now , thank you ,

Have used this company a number of times and found them very good - to the extent of being able to phone to correct mis-ordered items ordered the previous day via Internet. Only one negative experience which actually reinforced my positive view of the company; the wrong item (engraved as requested) was dispatched. One phone call and the ordered item was dispatched the same day and received the next with no request to return the incorrect item.Only wish they would not use Yodel.

Great Trophies and Great Service

My soon to be 9 year old is having a go-karting party. I thought instead of a goody bag filled with tat I would give each child a trophy. They look great and it was a bonus to be able to personalise them for free. What was really outstanding was the service from DPD, I got text updates and they arrived when they said they would. My son is delighted with the trophies as I am sure his friends will be.

Brilliant customer service

I needed to order some trophys for work and rang customer services to arrange named day delivery. They were very helpful. Top Customer Service and Communication. Quality Product and really low price
