Cubs and Scouts really chuffed
Found Trophy Store by accident on line. I wanted to do something for the kids who volunteered for our District Swimming Gala that wouldn't cost too much. Found some really good quality medals which cost very little to engrave. Delivery was within five days which meant the kids got them quickly. Five Star but not like the R&B pop group
I've placed two orders with the Trophy Store now and on both occasions, the whole process has been simple and easy to conduct. My second order was a bit more complicated and entering it via the website would have been time consuming, but the TS were happy to accept the order via email. Nothing seems too much trouble. Turnaround has also been quick, so what more can you ask for?

Outstanding service and top quality products !
I needed to order our rugby teams trophies including some special awards - players player of the year . The trophies were not only of the highest quality, delivered exactly on time but the customer service was first class. The engaving is a maximum of 60 letters but i needed more due to some long names ! - one call and at no additional cost or suggestion of it being inconvenient they added the text i needed in an instant.Thoroughly recommend Trophy Store and will be back next year for sure.

Absolutely perfect!!
So, I needed some trophies for our hockey clubs presentation evening and didn't have time to get down to the store in town; I decided to search on the internet for a company and this is the site I found. The selection of trophies that were hockey related were brilliant and all at a reasonable price. It was really easy to add my own engraving and I liked the site so much I also ordered medals with our club colours for the lanyards. I arranged for delivery of my items to work and they arrived quickly with no hassle and I was kept fully updated on the progress if my order right from the moment I placed my order to the point I received my delivery. I have shown members of the club the trophies who were all really impressed with the quality and I'm sure our juniors will treasure them for years to come. I will definitely be a returning customer and would recommend this site to anyone who is looking for original, cheap and quality products!!

Outstanding service, perfect product, spot on delivery.
I ordered 25 football medals with ribbons to be engraved. First I got a phone call saying the gold was not in stock and asking if the silver would do - brownie points straight away. Then, I was kept informed every step of their journey from Trophy Store to my door, right up to an 8am text to say they would be with me between 11.19 and 12.19. At 11.24 they were here. Not only top marks for lovely medals and beautiful ribbons in rapid turnaround but also superb service on delivery, and your carrier reflects on you as a company so don't ever change them!

Best service ever!
I ordered a silver plated cup to be engraved on Friday. The order was acknowledged immediately and over the next few days I was updated with texts and emails. On the following Wednesday I received a text saying the delivery would be made between 2:17pm and 3:17pm. It arrived at precisely 3:10pm. It is exactly what I wanted in style and engraving. What more could you ask!!

Apparently, this is my first time of using service, and to be honest, i was impressed by the quality of services rendered. Although, i wasn't too sure, how my choice of text to be engraved on the Oscar trophy would look like, but it was great when i got it. Easy to order, fast + reliable service
Was kept informed of delivery with regular texts + e.mails. Was also given a 1 hour time slot on the day, so didn't 't have to wait in. A lot of companies could learn a lot from this level of service. Product was very well protected + really impressed with the shield I ordered. Will be using you for future school medals.

Outstanding service, completely unexpected as well
Trophystore emailed and phoned me when my original order was out of stock. They agreed an alternative order, and also used a courier to make sure it arrived on time for our mini rugby awards ceremony. They did all this without me having to ask, and it was completely unexpected. I was amazed to get this sort of service from an online company.
