It was hard to pick a trophy that would encompass what I wanted to say, but the one we finally chose does just that. It's for our employee of the year award and it is amazing - although I dread to think the damage it would do if it fell on your foot!!

Very good quality delivered in good time

The item I purchased was of much better quality than I'd expected, and the engraving done was also of high standard. Coupled with delivery within a week - it's yet to be presented, but I have no doubt that it will go down well!

I ordered some trophies rather late in the day. I called when I realised I would not receive the trophies in time if I relied on the standard delivery times. This was not a problem and I was assured I would get them in good time - and I did 2 days later. No additional cost AND the courier sent a text with a 1 hour delivery window. The trophies were better than I expected and excellent value. I will be using Trophy Store again.

Surprisingly good quality value for money purchase

I was really surprised at the high quality of the trophy. One slight criticism was the delivery company. Their first attempt to deliver the item failed as we were out. When attempting to contact them we were met with a fully automated service. The leaflet they left advised they would make a second attempt to deliver but with no indication of when that would be? After two days elapsed we re-contacted the automated service and managed to get through the automated service to arrange the second delivery. A bit frustrating.

I looked online and found the range of available options for my rugby club awards day without difficulty. The range was large but easily distinguishable to enable me to work within my budget. Fabulous Trophy!! Top quality and very smart

My late husband Steve was a huge supporter of Wrexham FC for many years.He used to co-commentate every match with Mark for the Wrexham web site and hospital radio. Sadly he passed away last year, and I asked Mark his co-host if there was a way of remembering him at Wrexham. Mark suggested a trophy shield for 'Goal of the Season' in Steve's name. I looked at many trophy web sites, and found 'Trophy Store' to be the best by far.They have plenty of choice, excellent prices, and very fast delivery.The trophy shield I ordered arrived within 48hrs, and was very well packaged. The shield is just stunning!! The quality of the wood and engraving is just superb.I am very happy to have my late husbands name put onto it, and proud to hand the shield over to Wrexham FC. It will look fabulous inside their trophy cabinet this year, and for the next 21 years.

The site is easy to navigate, the trophies value for money and the engraving good. Coupled to this the time from order to receipt is fantastically quick.One of the better courier services DPD is used and this ensures that the delivery is within the designated time frame and the communication between DPD and the trophy store is again good.Overall a highly rated experience.This would be my preferred trophy supplier.

What an award

He came well wrapped and in all his golden glory. It was for a young man of 12 who had faltered ion a speech he had to make and then pulled himself together and carried on briliiantly. Great courage and deserves an award for his performance.
