I would definitely recommend!

When I first tried to make my purchase, I had some difficulty with the payment process. The following morning TropyStore telephoned me unprompted to see if they could help.The colour of trophy I ordered was not available and again the firm contacted me to say they had quality checked the silver and were not happy with the result and would like to offer me an alternative to ensure I wasn't disappointed.I ordered gold and although the silver was preferable, the gold were very nice and for the price I paid, surprisingly good quality. Delivery was fast and I was kept informed by email every step of the way.The quality of customer care was exemplary though and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone in the market for this kind of product.

Excellent service and very fast delivery, couldn't have been better.

There are lots of different trophies to choose from in a wide price range so finding the right one was pretty straightforward. From the time it's ordered I was kept fully updated with how my order was progressing. This was possibly the best online shopping experience I've had.

Exactly what I wanted

A Business That Really Cares!

I was most impressed with the level of service from Trophy Store. I phoned them twice with queries and was treated to accurate, helpful and friendly advice, I was a bit concerned about buying on-line but when the trophies arrived (delivered quicker than I expected) I was pleasantly surprised. They were every bit as good as I had hoped. I wish all businesses offered the same service and value. This firm deserves to do well. I purchased the trophies on behalf of the male voice choir and will be using them again. I am NOT associated with this firm in any way, other than being a very satisfied customer.
